Shipping Policy

DPD Next Day Delivery

  • Flat rate: £5.99

  • Guaranteed delivery next business day for all orders placed before 3 pm (Monday–Friday).

Free Shipping

  • On all orders over £49.99 via DPD Next Day Delivery (no code required).

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 3 pm Monday through Friday are processed the same day.

  • Orders received after 3 pm on Friday, or on weekends and Bank Holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Attempts

  • If you’re unavailable at delivery, DPD will leave a card and take your parcel to your local depot.

  • They may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place if deemed secure; you’ll receive a notification.

Address Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 5 working days, contact Customer Services:

  • Please note: we cannot refund shipping costs if an order is returned due to non-collection, multiple failed delivery attempts, or an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If you’ve received the wrong item, please return it to us before we dispatch the correct one.

  • We take no responsibility for errors in the delivery address; reshipment will incur the full delivery charge.
